Since 2002, the «Kazmortransflot» NMSK (hereinafter referred to as KMTF) has been patronizing seafarers, veterans, and workers of the rear of the Great Patriotic War who live in the cities of Almaty and Aktau.

In 2002, the number of veterans sponsored by the KMTF was 77, unfortunately, this number has decreased to 8 today. Over the past 18 years, the Company has held various events on an ongoing basis: visiting and supporting veterans, assisting in the purchase of medicines and food, congratulations on holidays, participation as a guest of honor at KMTF celebrations, etc.

At the end of 2018 - on the eve of New 2019, the KMTF team, as a gift, organized an annual subscription to the magazine “Ardager.kz”, which is devoted to the subjects of the Second World War, for all veterans living in the city of Almaty and Mangystau region, who are under the patronage of KMTF.

In the current year, according to tradition, within the framework of the Victory Day celebrations in the Great Patriotic War, congratulations were organized to veterans and home front workers of our Company. Veterans residing in Almaty on behalf of the KMTF management and staff were congratulated by Advisor to the General Director Dinara Zhumasheva, and the honorary mission of congratulations to veterans of Aktau was entrusted to members of the Youth Council of the Company. Veterans received congratulatory addressees from KMTF General Director Marat Ormanov and special gifts.
