The KMTF Personnel Development Program is an initiative aimed at strengthening the domestic maritime fleet. In collaboration with the Kazakh Maritime Academy (KBTU), a four-year training program for seafarers will commence in 2025.

From 2007 to 2011, KMTF implemented its first program, "Development of Kazakh Personnel for the Tanker Fleet and Maritime Operations Support Fleet," approved by the sole shareholder, JSC "NC KazMunayGas." Under the program, approximately 120 cadets received training at leading Russian maritime institutions funded by the company. Today, over 30% of the program's graduates successfully work in KMTF’s office and on its vessels.
