The main principle of KMTF’s recruitment policy is to ensure transparency and openness in the hiring process.
Internal Recruitment: Vacancies within the JSC "NC KazMunayGas" group of companies are posted on the corporate portal (work.kmg.kz). Only employees of the national company can participate in the competition.
External Recruitment: Vacancies are posted on the unified recruiting platform Samruk-Qyzmet (qsamruk.kz). Selected candidates undergo checks, evaluation procedures, and interviews, after which the final candidate is determined.
