On November 18, 2025, the China–Europe Express Railway Cooperation Forum was held in Xi'an (China), organized by the State Committee for Development and Reform of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China and the largest specialized organizations in the industry.

Within the framework of the forum, Bauyrzhan Muratuly, General Director of NMSK Kazmortransflot LLP, took part in an official ceremony and signed a Joint Action Plan for the development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TMTM). The signing took place with the participation of key partners and participants of the corridor and is aimed at further developing logistical connectivity, increasing the capacity of the corridor between Asian and European countries.
