KMTF supports the strategic initiatives of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

As a national sea carrier, NMSC Kazmortransflot LLP (KMTF) supports the strategic initiatives of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, K.K. Tokayev, aimed at developing the country's transit and transport infrastructure.

A recent interview by the Head of State to the ‘Ana tili’ newspaper mentioned significant infrastructure projects in the field of logistics. These are projects that contribute to a multiple increase in the capacity of transport corridors, as a consequence of which a significant growth and speed of container trains is expected. This is in line with the objectives of strengthening the role of Kazakhstan in the implementation of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR).

KMTF supports the strategic initiatives of the Head of State, while actively participating in and contributing to the development of the logistics system of the country, primarily in Kazakhstan's maritime industry. At present, KMTF, in conjunction with partners from the United Arab Emirates, AD Ports Group, is working on a project to build modern container ships. These vessels will increase the throughput capacity of the maritime section of the TITR, allowing the transport of additional volumes of containers destined from China to Europe and back.
These measures will strengthen the position of Kazakhstan as a transit hub and strengthen its integration into the global transport and logistics system, which is in line with the country's strategic objectives.

KMTF continues to actively develop its maritime fleet, contributing to economic growth and competitiveness of Kazakhstan in the international arena.
