From May to November 2024, Acting Head of HR Department Gabdullin Erkanat Gabdullin and Senior Specialist Elmira Zhanbyrova underwent training in the HR School modular programme organised by Samruk Business Academy.

As part of the training, the participants presented their projects for defence in the maternal companies. According to the results of the selection, the project of Gabdullin E. ‘Digitalisation of personal files of employees’ was included in the TOP of HR initiatives of JSC NC KazMunayGas. The project is aimed at optimising HR processes and improving the efficiency of employee data management.

On November 22 in the premises of Samruk-Kazyna NWF, an award ceremony was held for the graduates of the programme. We congratulate our colleagues on the successful completion of the programme and wish them further success in their professional activities!
