Kazmortransflot LLP Held a Training Seminar on Anti-Corruption and Compliance System Development

On October 9, 2025, a training seminar was held at the office of LLP “National Marine Shipping Company Kazmortransflot” on issues of anti-corruption prevention and the development of an effective compliance system. The event was organized in accordance with the internal regulatory documents and corporate standards of NC KazMunayGas JSC.

The training for the company’s management and top executives was conducted by Gulmira Zhumabayevna Moldagaliyeva, Head of the Compliance Service of NC KazMunayGas JSC.

During the seminar, the following key topics were discussed:

1. Regulatory and legal framework and standards in the field of compliance;

2. Mechanisms for implementing and operating the compliance function in subsidiary organizations of the KazMunayGas Group;

3. Monitoring and control practices carried out by the Compliance Service of NC KazMunayGas JSC;

4. Issues related to the independence and accountability of the compliance and anti-corruption function.

Participants noted the high level of organization of the seminar and its practical orientation. Special attention was given to fostering a culture of integrity, adherence to ethical standards, and improving the effectiveness of the internal control system.

This seminar became an important step toward strengthening the corporate culture of integrity and further enhancing the compliance system at Kazmortransflot LLP.
