Head of Business Planning and Corporate Financing Service of NMSC Kazmortranslfot LLP Gauhar Sadykova was included in the list of the TOP-30 female leaders of the oil and gas industry in 2023.

On the eve of the International Women's Day - March 8, Petrocouncil (https://petrocouncil.kz/top-30-zhenshhin-liderov-neftegazovoj-otrasli-v-2023-godu/) published its yearly Top 30 Women Leaders List of the oil and gas industry, which includes representatives of Kazakhstan production associations, oil and gas universities, government agencies, technical (production) workers, as well as employees of the corporate sector, who make a great contribution to the oil and gas industry of Kazakhstan.

The list includes Gaukhar Sadykova, who started her career at KMTF in March 2006. Gaukhar graduated Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communication named after M. Tynyshpayev. M. Tynyshpayev, majoring in "Finance and credit", to date she has 17 years of experience in the maritime industry and currently she is the head of service.

Over the years, G.K. Sadykova shows herself as a responsible professional in her field, performs development of financial and economic models of the company and its subsidiaries and affiliates, speaks fluent English.

During the work of the Head of Service Sadykova Gauhar actively participated in the following projects:

• Development of financial and economic models for KMTF investment projects;
• Work with "Al Hilal" Islamic Bank JSC on financing the project on 3 tugboats for TCO PBR;
• Automation of financial treasury operations;
• Participation in the investment project "Acquisition of two oil tankers of 8000 tons deadweight".
