By the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC NC KazMunayGas (hereinafter - KMG) on February 1, 2023 the new composition of the Supervisory Board of NC Kazmortransflot LLP (hereinafter - KMTF) was approved.
Composition of the KMTF Supervisory Board as of February 2023:
- Ormanov Marat (Chairman of the Supervisory Board);
- Turebaeva Aisha (Member of the Supervisory Board);
- Tokmagambetov Danabek (Member of the Supervisory Board);
The above members of the Supervisory Board of KMTF were elected for a term of 3 years. The company is grateful to all members of the previous Supervisory Board Sәulebay Мalіk and Zhangulov Azamat for their work and contribution to the development of "NMSK "Kazmortransflot" LLP.
At the same time, KMTF is delighted to welcome the new members of the Supervisory Board.
