On November 23 this year in NMSK "Kazmortransflot" under the chairmanship of the General Director Aidar Orzhanov held a meeting to ensure social stability in a work team.
At the meeting the employees were informed about social stability in a work team and the company's activities. It touched upon the indexation of wages, staff development and bonus payment, financial assistance for health improvement when the employees go on leave, payment of sick pay, providing employees with health insurance.
Social stability of KMTF is provided by the approved internal documents and recommendations of the Sole Participant - JSC NC KazMunayGas. In order to maintain the efficiency of work and personnel management, during the quarantine period in connection with the pandemic COVID-19 all social guarantees and interests of employees of the company are provided and respected. In order to create favourable conditions for employees, also to establish social and labour relations, various types of material assistance are provided in KMTF, annual medical insurance of employees and their family members is provided.
In order to improve the social and psychological climate in KMTF, twice a year the General Director of the Company holds report meetings with the workforce. On a quarterly basis, the heads of KMTF's functional divisions and business areas meet with employees of the divisions they supervise to discuss work processes more closely and to address any problems that may arise in a timely manner.
In order to provide financial incentives in accordance with the Remuneration Rules, holiday bonuses are paid to all employees of KMTF. Special attention is paid to the professional development of employees. This year, the company has organised corporate English language courses and on completion of the training, it awarded certificates.
In its activities, KMTF actively participates in socially important events in the region.
At the end of the meeting, Director General A. Orzhanov gave specific instructions to supervising officers to continue work on ensuring social stability in a work team.
