By tradition the National maritime shipping company "Kazmortransflot" arranges a grand Nauryz festival for citizens.

The festive action is organized at the square near the building of KMTF. Deputy akims of Mangystau Region, veterans of the company and honourable residents became guests of honor. Celebration was held in a format of competitions among employees in national color. As a part of jury there were representatives of the Mangystau regional akimat and the Aktau city maslikhat.

During the ceremony judges, the management of the company and guests of an action could judge employees of KMTF in several competitions. The exhibition of the ethnic cuisine took place at the first. All teams prepared original and interesting dishes and described a way of their preparation. Everyone could try the presented viands. In this tour the victory was won by the block of the Deputy general director for the general questions. The second and third places were arranged among – the financial block and technical respectively.

After the exhibition, a fashion show in national clothes was presented to the audience. Here also members of families of employees, including children and elders took part that especially was pleasant to guests. The financial block recognized as sure leaders. Homework in which teams had to demonstrate national traditions was the most interesting and spectacular stage. The staff of Kazmortransflot acquainted guests of a holiday with ceremonies "Korisu dasturi”, "Tusaukeser rasimi", "Besikke salu salty ", "Balaga at qoiu rasimi". It is remarkable that cutting of fetters and giving a name to the kid complaint with traditions were carried out by in real life. Part in them was taken by kids of employees and pupils of the foster care which is under patronage of KMTF. The block of the Deputy general director for the general questions was recognized as the best performance. Financiers took the second place and the third place went to the technical block.

It should be noted that all departments were well prepared, showed the high level of the organization, approached competitions not only with responsibility and respect for traditions, but also showed a creativity. The program of an action was saturated, between competitions actors and the staff of the company performed with music and games. Besides, an altybaqan swing was installed for entertainment of children and adults. The separate program with involvement of animators was organized for the little audience. Children played, sang and danced.

The company installed yurts in the square, where the celebration of the Nauryz was continued. Each guest could try dishes of the ethnic cuisine and meet New year in the friendly atmosphere which was created for them by seamen. One of veterans of the industry noted that was touched by the level of the organization of the festival, and expressed with sincere his gratitude to Mr. Marat Ormanov– the CEO of the company.
