On October 4-5, 2021 for the first time in Central Asia the international online conference «Changing mindset in management system: 2021 ISO standards and practices for sustainable business development» took place within the framework of the 11th Annual Central Asia Trade Forum.

The event was organized by the United States Agency for International Cooperation (USAID) and CERT Academy.

This conference was dedicated to post-covid work recovery and business efficiency improvement based on the new 8 international ISO standards of 2021:

• ISO 10014:2021 - the financial and economic benefits of ISO 9001;
• ISO 37001 (ISO/UNIDO 2021) - new anti-corruption guidelines;
• ISO 45001:2018 + ISO/PAS 45005:2020 - HSE in business during the pandemic;
• ISO 22000:2018 (2021) - new food safety recommendations;
• ISO / PAS 5643:2021 - post-covid recovery of tourism and restaurant businesses;
• ISO 19011:2018 - new recommendations to improve the effectiveness of internal audits.
• Employees of NMSC "Kazmortransflot" actively participated in this event.

Upon completion, the participants were given certificates confirming their participation in such a highly informative and large-scale conference.
