KMTF employee J. Ayazbekov took part in international cruising yacht competitions
From August 3 to 10, in Aktau, the international cruising yacht competitions for the Caspian Cup "Golden Nactous" were held for 27 times.
The sailing regatta was held under the motto "Caspian Sea - Sea of Friendship." A lot of snow-white sails against the backdrop of the summer sea created an unforgettable atmosphere. The director of the Human Resources Department, J.Ayazbekov, took part in the event from KMTF as a sailor.
At the first stage of the competition, the crews went to the race at a triangular distance in the water area of Aktau (10 miles). In the second and third rounds, they traveled along the route Aktau - b. Kendyrli (back and forth), breaking a total of 194 miles. The last, fourth stage also represented a race in triangular distance in the water area of Aktau. It is important to note that this is an exclusively sailing race.
Competitions were held according to the rules of Sailing Racing / RRS / ISAF from 2017-2020.
