Today, on August 29, on the eve of the Constitution Day and in honor of the 120th anniversary of the oil industry of Kazakhstan, a solemn meeting dedicated to the Day of workers of the oil and gas industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the KMTF assembly hall.

In addition to the management and staff of KMTF, the deputy akim of the Mangystau region, the chairman of the regional organizing committee for the celebration of the anniversary and Oil Workers Day Kanybek Zhumashev took part in it. He presented the jubilee medals “Kazakhstan Munayina 120 Zhyl” to the general director of KMTF Marat Ormanov, the director of the department of documentary support and information technologies Kuanysh Yesetov; Vladimir Dziublik, Chief Specialist of the Production and Operations Department, and Saken Sagatuly, Head of the Corporate Affairs Group; the captain of the tanker TK Aktau Yevgeny Charikov, the captains of the tugboats Irgiz, Talas and Emba Eduard Hartman, Vladimir Vatagin, Sergey Lomovtsev.

“Kazmortransflot makes a significant contribution to the development of the oil industry, being a leader in oil transportation in the Caspian,” Marat Ormanov said in a congratulatory speech. - We began to transport oil in the Caspian Sea in 2001, and in 2008 we entered the open seas. Over the years, more than 105 million tons of oil were transported to the Caspian Sea and the Black and Mediterranean Seas. In its activities, KMFT uses the most advanced fleet and equipment, ensuring transportation that meets international safety requirements.

As Marat Ormanov added, KMTF provides services to large domestic and global companies, such as KazMunayGas, Tengizchevroil, Exxon Mobil, Total, Chevron, NCOC, Shell, which indicates the degree of trust in the Kazakhstan national carrier. The company is a member of many important projects in the oil industry. It was the KMTF team who was entrusted with the towing of the Syatty self-lifting floating drilling rig. The National Fleet participated in the construction of artificial islands at the Kashagan field and is generally involved in many oil projects that require experience and excellent knowledge of the features of the Caspian Sea.

One of the ambitious and breakthrough for Kazakhstan is the project of the future expansion of Tengizchevroil, where KMTF is involved in unique operations for the transportation of oversized modules. In addition, Kazmortransflot is the operator of the first regular feeder traffic in the Caspian Sea - between the ports of Baku and Aktau.

During the meeting, for the excellent work and invaluable contribution to the development of the oil, gas and energy sectors of the country, the Director of the Business Development Department of NMSK Kazmortransflot Yerkin Nygmetov was awarded the KAZENERGY Association medal.

Honorary diplomas from KAZENERGY were received by the mechanic-mentor of the fleet technical maintenance department Nurzhan Zhumaev; the second mechanic of the tanker TK Aktau Sergey Kim.

KAZENERGY Association handed over letters of appreciation to: Bauyrzhan Zhaigaliev, chief specialist of the business development department, Askhat Nasimuldinov, chief mechanic of the Emba tugboat.
