English language training was held for the employees of KMTF
At the initiative of the general director of NMSC «Kazmortransflot» A.E. Orzhanov, corporate English courses were held from February to May of this year in the company. About 50 employees of the company have done the course.
The training was provided by experienced, qualified trainers of «Caspian State University of Technologies and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov» and English Language School «FORWARD SCHOOL». It is not an easy task to learn how to communicate in English, to understand and speak fluently, to use a variety of turns of speech. In order to facilitate the process of language acquisition, highly skilled trainers taught the basic rules of constructing words and sentences to be used at work and in everyday life.
Communicative and lexical approaches, modern games and interactive methods, work with pronunciation aimed at developing speaking skills, grammar, writing and listening skills were used in the course. Also, a unique and effective Callan Method was used.
Callan Method is a very efficient, fast, and cost-effective way to learn English. It has been developed by scholars of the University of Cambridge under the guidance of Professor Robin Callan in 1959. Thanks to the long history of the method, it has gained a solid international reputation. Multinational companies like IBM, Fiat, Olivetti have used the method to train their employees.
The trainees are completely satisfied with the quality of the teaching and have enjoyed attending their training. They expressed interest in the method used in the programme and, a result, achieved their goals during the training period. At the end of the course the employees successfully passed exams and received confirmation certificates.
