Employees of the NMSC "Kazmortransflot" took part in the annual Youth Meeting. It was organized by representatives of the Human Resources Management Department and the Committee of the Council of Young Specialists of the Group of Companies “NC“ KazMunayGas ”JSC.

At the Meeting, held in the format of non-conference, the participants met with prominent personalities of Kazakhstan, for example, with the domestic marathon runner Marat Zhylanbaev. The most interesting thing is that the topics of all discussion platforms contained the particle “Not”: “Do not depart from the goal”, “Do not be indifferent”, “Not just leaders” and the like. Even the meeting place was chosen with meaning - the Palace of Independence of the city of Nur-Sultan.

From NMSC “Kazmortransflot”, technical superintendent of the Fleet Technical Operation Department Nurzhan Jumayev, fleet management specialist of the Fleet Commercial Operation Service Roman Kiynov, and Aygerim Shakenova, specialist in fleet management of the Fleet Commercial Service, participated in the Meeting.

As part of the program, participants discussed issues of industrial relations as the basis of corporate culture, passed training courses and much more. Among those who shared their knowledge and experience are individuals who have achieved great success in life and work - Tayir Zhanuzak, Deputy General Director of KazTransGas JSC, Daniyar Smagulov, Lead Engineer of the Operation Department of KazTransOil JSC, IT-developers Alibek Datbayev and Askhat Myrzabayev.
