In Nur-Sultan within the creation of the joint venture "NMSC "Kazmortransflot" (hereinafter - KMTF) with Abu Dhabi Ports (hereinafter - ADP) for oil marine operations CEO of KMTF Aidar Orzhanov and CEO of Abu Dhabi Ports Maritime Cluster Captain Maktum Mohammed Juma Syed Alhukani signed an Agreement of principles.
The ceremony was attended by the Vice-Chairman of the Board of JSC NC KazMunayGas (hereinafter - KMG) on strategy, investment and business development Dastan Abdulgafarov and the Director of KMG Transportation and Logistics Department Marat Ormanov.
The document provides for further negotiations between KMTF and ADP to determine the concept, details and working conditions of the created joint venture.
