Announcement of the holding of an auction for the sale of Oral, Atyrau, Aktobe oil carriers (tankers).

LOT 1 - Oral oil carrier (tanker), port of registration: Aktau, flag: Kazakhstan, date of ship construction completion: July 17, 2010 No. ИМО 9575929;
LOT 2 - Atyrau oil carrier (tanker), port of registration: Aktau, flag: Kazakhstan, date of ship construction completion: September 9, 2009 No. ИМО 9539810;
LOT 3 - Aktobe oil carrier (tanker), port of registration: Aktau, flag: Kazakhstan, date of ship construction completion: May 21, 2010 No. ИМО 9492842;

2) initial (starting) price:

LOT 1 - Oral oil carrier (tanker) – 2,153,973,636.92 tenge;
LOT 2 - Atyrau oil carrier (tanker) – 2,063,439,247.32 tenge;
LOT 3 - Aktobe oil carrier (tanker) – 2,231,627,965.79 tenge.

4) acquisition payment terms:

30 work days after the signing of protocol of assets disposal results.

5) amount, terms and procedure of deposing initial margin by bidder:

Amount of initial margin is 15% (fifteen) from the amount of the LOT price in native currency (tenge) or other currency at the rate of National Bank of the Republic of the Kazakhstan at the sum which is equivalent to the initial margin.

Potential bidders shall provide a bid and initial margin payment order no later than 3 days before the auction.

8) auction procedure: English, long. Increase step of price from LOT initial price is 2,5% with obligatory condition of increase of price not less than 2 (steps) from starting price.

9) the auction shall be considered valid if 2 (two) or more applications will be applied; bidder offered the highest price for the LOT shall be recognized as a winner.

Sale and purchase contract shall be signed with the winner of an auction if auction results and transaction are approved by authorized management body of NMSK Kazmortransflot LLP within a reasonable period.
