A solemn meeting dedicated to 21 years since the founding of the company was held at KMTF
21 years ago, by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 4, 1998, the National Maritime Shipping Company Kazmortransflot was established.
Today, the company held a solemn meeting dedicated to this significant date. The official speech was made by the Director General of the company Ormanov Marat Kushkenbaevich. In his speech, Marat Kushkenbaevich noted that each of the employees put their own contribution and soul into the formation and development of the company, and today KMTF is the country's national carrier, the flagship of the marine industry!
Kazmortransflot took part in many important projects in the oil industry. Vivid examples are the Tengizchevroil Future Expansion Project, TMTM feeder transport, the construction of artificial islands at the Kashagan field, and much more.
KMTF can rightfully be proud that there were no accidents and oil spills. However, the company does not intend to stop there. Ahead is the implementation of even larger-scale investment projects.
In the future, KMTF intends to increase its fleet and build even more powerful tankers, because the oil industry of Kazakhstan is developing at a steady pace.
