On December 12, the management of "NMSK "Kazmortransflot" LLP, with the assistance and participation of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Turkey, held negotiations with the Director General of the Maritime Navigation Committee under the Ministry of Transport and Industry of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Unal Baylan, on the issue of the delay of tankers with Kazakh oil loaded in the ports of the Russian Federation during transit through the Turkish Straits.
